Delete Your Gambo Golf Account

There are two ways to delete your Gambo Golf account and associated data.

Option 1 — In-app (fastest)

Open the Gambo Golf app.
Sign in to the account you want to delete.
Go to the Profile tab, then tap Settings.
Scroll to the Account section at the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm, then type DELETE when prompted. Your account and data are permanently deleted right away.

Option 2 — By email

If you can't access the app (uninstalled, locked out, etc.), email us:

Subject: Delete Gambo Golf Account

Body: Include the email address used to sign in to your account so we can locate it. Account deletion processed within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your profile (display name, username, email, avatar, home course, handicap, bio)
Your friends list and any friend requests
Your group memberships
Users you've blocked and any reports you've filed
Your notifications and push notification subscriptions
Your authentication record (you can no longer sign in)

If you signed in with Apple, your Sign in with Apple authorization for Gambo Golf is also revoked, so you'll be asked to grant access again if you ever sign up anew.

What stays (anonymized)

Past rounds you played with other users are not deleted — they remain in the other players' history. However, your name is replaced with "Deleted User" on those records so you are no longer personally identifiable.

This is to preserve the integrity of other users' game history. If you require complete removal of shared round data, email us using Option 2 and explain — we'll handle it case-by-case.
